Terms of use
The short version: prices include GST, an order is confirmed when we accept it, and returns follow the returns policy.
Who we are
NewGenFashionStore, Chattiparamba, Malappuram, Kerala, India. Our address, phone number and email are on the contact page. Every price on this site is in Indian rupees and includes GST.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is arranged and stock is allocated; if an item turns out to be unavailable we'll tell you and refund anything paid. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment gateway (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or, where offered, in cash on delivery. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. The full amount, delivery included, is shown before you pay.
Delivery
Delivery charges and timelines are shown at checkout and in the shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
These follow the refund, returns & cancellation policy. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Content
Product names, photos and text on this site belong to NewGenFashionStore or their owners. Please don't reuse them without asking.
Liability
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Malappuram, Kerala have jurisdiction.
