NewGenFashionStore runs this website. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, phone number and email — we can't deliver without them.
- Account details: your login email, your password (stored hashed), saved addresses and wishlist.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment gateway. Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials never reach our servers — we only see whether a payment succeeded, and its reference.
- Usage data: basic analytics on which pages are opened, used to fix and improve the site.
Why we use it
To take payment, pack and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, answer your messages, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Marketing messages go out only if you opt in on your profile, and you can switch them off there at any time.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your order: the payment gateway that processes the payment, the courier that carries the parcel, and our accounting and IT providers — and anyone the law requires. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Ask us and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — apart from records we're obliged to keep. You can close your account at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies for your bag, your login session and basic analytics. Blocking them in the browser will stop the bag and checkout from working.
