Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and handed to the courier from our store in Chattiparamba, Kerala within 1–2 working days of confirmation (Sundays and public holidays excepted). We deliver across India; we don't ship outside the country yet.

How long it takes

• Kerala: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Rest of India: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch

These are the courier's usual timelines rather than a guarantee — weather, strikes and festival rushes can add a day or two. If a parcel is running late, contact us with the order number and we'll chase it.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge for your address is shown in the bag and at checkout before you pay, and again on the invoice. Item prices include GST.

Tracking

You get the courier's tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the store, and every order can be followed from your account.

If nobody's there

The courier tries up to three times. After that the parcel comes back to us and we refund it under the refund, returns & cancellation policy.
